I started working at ECMS in 1989 when it was located in the old building on Martin Lurther King Drive. I have spent my entire educational career at Escambia County Middle School.

I was born and raised in Atmore, Alabama. I have two children who are both graduates of the Escambia County Public School System. I have been employed at Escambia County Middle School since 1989. I started in the education field as a teacher aide (paraprofessional). I am currently a highly qualified sixth grade mathematics educator. I recieved my bachelors degree from University of South Alabama. I followed that with  a masters degree in Secondary Mathemathics from National University. I am a proud life long learner. I look forward to passing on my love of mathematics to my students.
